Over the last 150 years, the western diet has shifted away from locally sourced whole foods towards affordable, mass produced processed foods. Our population is now struggling with obesity, chronic inflammation, disease and our overall mental health is suffering. You are what you eat. Separating your physical health from your mental health is a mistake. On today’s podcast we discuss the impact of our industrial diet on mood.
